Community Preservation Committee (CPC)

Overview

The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is a seven member volunteer committee that is responsible for oversight of the Town’s Community Preservation Act (CPA) program. The CPC is appointed by the Mayor and meets monthly. In managing the program the CPC has studied the needs, possibilities, and resources of the town’s:

  • Open space
  • Historic
  • Outdoor recreation
  • Community housing assets and developed goals for the enhancement of each through CPA project
